I'm potentially being made redundant so I'm gathering cash in case the worst happens...

I photoshopped it as at the time the photo was taken it wasn't tapped up and it just looked a bit shit.

Haha good shout! I might have to do not the way things are going! It's a stupid situation I'm in tbh... I'm either being made redundant or getting. Promotion.
Company is cutting 8 down to 3, everyone re-apples etc... So if things work out I may upgrade too a corima! Fingers crossed things work out!

  • Sorry, I missed this!

    Global Fixed Gear Culture...
you must have missed it in 2009.

The difference between the "Fixed gear culture" and the "Cycling culture" is vast. Enough to warrant a distinction.

Most people don't ride a fixed gear bike on the street like any other form of bicycle, it is a unique way of riding... if someone feels like it's not unique then they must be doing something wrong. i.e" using a brake at every moment they get scared.

It may come across as being elitist, but in truth it's not for everyone and as people get older they will tend to move on to other forms of cycling as it is easier to go further and faster on a freewheeling bicycle...

But a freewheel will never be as gratifying to most, including me.

Fixed Gear has to be explained in an intellectual way sometimes, just as many other frowned upon activities had to be explained in the past.

    As you were. :)

Ah I see, kinda like velcro versus those squares in laces?
    Gotchya!

#I hope I haz enough steez to roll with the culture

  • Looks ridable...
