Yeah I think it's a victoire as well, they did quite a few prototypes.

It must be a different prototype as even the angle look different (seat mast one look to have a 73 degree HT).

That's cool, However, I'm not really a fan of the beefy looking front end with a rear triangle that looks like it would fall to pieces while competing in the Old Street TT.

I'm sure it's put together beautifully, I think their hubs look great too.
