  • Really like this!

  • Can you please post anti porn in the correct thread?

    Kthnxbai.

    this.

  • White tyre in "not looking 100% awful" shocker!

  • The more I look at those raleighs the more I like them.

  • It looks minimal, and was kinda going with - less metal = less weight

What weighs more a ton of feathers or a ton of bricks?
Why do you care about the weight of a frame that will set you back less than £200?

  • Very close to being perfect I reckon, post clamp, maybe spacers, and brake surface.

Are those the the "compact" or the "compact shallow" 4za bars Roboto?

Cheers mate. Wheels will be sorted this month hopefully. I need to place the orders this coming week for the components.

    The bars are these ones.

Really?! A ton is a ton whatever it's made of. Whereas, less mass of the same material IS gonna weigh less!

And if I'm paying for a new frame, I wanna know I'm getting the best for my money, and I like riding light but stiff frames.

  • It didn't catch my eye at first but this is actually really nice.

    +1

  • Needs tape on brake surface but good effort...

  • Dem pedals though...

  • Dose any one happen to know the tyre clearance for a Histogram fork? just wondering if a 25c would go

    Struggling to find the answer...

  • ^^Would!

  • Oh, hai new page....

  • ^ re?

Good way to find out stuff like that is to go on pedal room and see what builds other people have. The answer is yes :)

No worries 25c* tires won't be a problem, but why on earth would you want "huge" tires like that on a Histogram, if you don't mind me asking? If you're looking for comfort, maybe you should be looking for an entirely different frameset. By the way, a friend of mine is using 28c tires on his Histogram for off road racing.

*Wants to beat friend with a stick.

  • What's wrong with a 25c front? If you're riding on the road, more comfort, smoother rolling, even from a HHSB point of view, tighter clearances...

I've got a 28c gator on the back of the Raleigh, mainly because I had it on my tyre rack and thought I'd try it.

  • Black tape and black saddle, and that bike would be in the wrong thread...

    *Likes it.

My bad. Nothing wrong with it whatsoever. Merely my own personal preference getting in the way of what you were actually asking.

    *Nergs self.
