It looks minimal, and was kinda going with - less metal = less weight
What weighs more a ton of feathers or a ton of bricks?
Why do you care about the weight of a frame that will set you back less than £200? -

Very close to being perfect I reckon, post clamp, maybe spacers, and brake surface.
Are those the the "compact" or the "compact shallow" 4za bars Roboto?
Cheers mate. Wheels will be sorted this month hopefully. I need to place the orders this coming week for the components.
The bars are these ones.

And if I'm paying for a new frame, I wanna know I'm getting the best for my money, and I like riding light but stiff frames.

Good way to find out stuff like that is to go on pedal room and see what builds other people have. The answer is yes :)

No worries 25c* tires won't be a problem, but why on earth would you want "huge" tires like that on a Histogram, if you don't mind me asking? If you're looking for comfort, maybe you should be looking for an entirely different frameset. By the way, a friend of mine is using 28c tires on his Histogram for off road racing.
*Wants to beat friend with a stick.

What's wrong with a 25c front? If you're riding on the road, more comfort, smoother rolling, even from a HHSB point of view, tighter clearances...
I've got a 28c gator on the back of the Raleigh, mainly because I had it on my tyre rack and thought I'd try it.

Black tape and black saddle, and that bike would be in the wrong thread...
*Likes it.

My bad. Nothing wrong with it whatsoever. Merely my own personal preference getting in the way of what you were actually asking.
*Nergs self.
Really like this!
