There are hundreds of criteriums in the country every year and only a couple that bike would even be allowed to line-up for.

It's a track bike on the road AKA a HHSB... no disrespect to it's owner.

Don't really understand the concept behind a down sloping top tube and not slamming the stem. Like the look perhaps, but prefer to ride upright, or what?

In any event, surely one should just choose a stem that position the bars at the right hight and forget about spacers.
