It's an 853 Feather, with webbed head tube lugs... This is the first track bike I saw in the flesh that blew me away (about 3 years ago....)
So nice.

but i just couldnt ride a bike with white tyres.
The only problem with white tyres, as long as it works with the general scheme, is they turn a nasty grey after a while, particularly if you're using a brake.
At least they do in this country. Warmer climes they may retain their whiteness for longer.
