If you're serious, whatever you do don't get the profile one that mounts to your saddle rails, I had a bolt snap 20 miles from home which meant for some bloody awkard carrying to get it back. The seatpost mounted one looks a better bet.

Yeah I'm serious, there's so much inspiration in this thread. The one you mentioned does look a bit flimsy, thanks for the heads up. The Tacx is reportedly also very weak. I'd like to try the cheap and simple Minoura one but can't seem to find it with a reasonable shipping charge.
