Anyone know what this ^^^ frame is or got link to source?

It's a SMG (which possibly stands for Sur Measure Garantie). Built by Jean Frelat in late 70s/early 80s, usually from Vitus or Camus tubes.

the shot with seat cluster section is beautiful. I believe we had this bike here already with risers and a zipp?
