Yes and yes.

Somebody buy this frame! They are really, really sweet to ride and the paint job is lovely in the flesh. Much stiffer than some of the cheaper carbon track frames I have tried...I much prefer it to the PX for example.

But this aint a carbon frame is it. alu frame carbon fork. or am i missing something. I still havent seen one in the flesh but the more i see them built up the more i want one...

I've never ridden a carbon track frame but this is real stiff. Not uncomfortable though which is nice. I think the carbon steerer helps with that.

he's saying a good Alu frame, like the Look 464, is better than a cheap carbon frame, like the PX.
