if we are looking at the business of marginal gains
I suspect most of us are far enough below our performance potential ceiling for 'marginal gains' to be relevant.

I could upgrade the wired SRM that's on the bike (that won't fit on the Evo frame) to the latest, wireless version, and put a compact one on the cross bike, for less than the cost of an Evo frame.
I'd then have the ability to swap head units between the bikes*, and train with power through the winter.
If I then upgraded to the Evo in spring it'd be easier as everything would bolt on, rather than having to mess around with power meter incompatibility.
*And use the Garmin 705 as a head unit for when I wanted navigation on either bike

I do love the way my System Six rides.
Argh!
Then why the hell are you toying with the idea of changing frame?
-
• #932
I could sell you a shiny red SIX frameset.
It's lighter than the SystemSix...

TW2- would you be interested in a freshly serviced SRM (good for ~1,400 hours until it'll require a battery change now), with head-unit, two wiring harnesses, 53/39 rings and Cannondale Si cranks?
-
• #938
I think you know the answer to that.
Although - Wired? Hmmm....
You make me good price?

If you're not sure about buying from Dammit, it's worth contacting Edwardes as I'm sure they have good feedback for him.

If it where me, and I had a taste for Cannondales. I'd wait. Aside from the fact that its an amazing frameset. You'd simply love it more. Not all decisions are purely performance based.
