I had been procrastinating about upgrading to a Fagh for about a year. Your experience swayed me into action. As a cyclist I know that mechanicals happen, what matters is how people respond to them. I have been incredibly impressed with the response you received.
But, I now have back ache from the big lump of yellow and black covered metal hanging from my belt. Thanks for that.

I was joking about the back ache you turnips.
why transfer hip weight to your shoulders? basics of load carrying is that you carry things as close to your waist/hips as possible.
fagh no has frame holder

Improvise. I'm sure Ed could come up with something.

Would probably involve a large number of spacers and a link that marks everything as read.

Utter git.
Wow never had to contact Kryptonite but I do love their products and having heard this won't buy anything else. I would say however that it is a shame that they do not offer the Fahg or new york lock with different cylinder mechanisms so that I could have 2 locks with 2 locking mechanisms and be rest assured that even if this happens it will get sorted and not leave me out of pocket.
