  • Ftfy and also I like it liddat and I'll keep it liddat ;)

Not all email style, only people with stupid mail editors.

You need to ask your self why you are quoting, if your reply won't make sense without reading what you are replying to then quote, if that's the case you probably need people to have read the original post before reading your post, so it should go first.

Or as a friend of mine says:

Because it breaks the order of conversation.

    Better? ;)

The new owner could have invested for non-profit reasons. Maybe he's just a cyclist enthusiast with plenty of cash and time on hand and wants to dabble in business?

I am looking for a spiderless chainring but not till spring so will see who has what on offer then. If HBC are all good by then, then why not.

Wolf Tooth did say they will be running a limited batch of Middleburn compatible chainrings but nothing announced as of yet.

The new owner might be legit, but he's a moron for taking over a business with such terrible reputation. I still wouldn't buy from them.

  • do you even chevron? >>>

  • Any reason you'd go for the Wolf Tooth chainring over Middleburn's current offering (assuming you have Middleburn cranks) and they were eventually manufactured?

  • He'll have to wait for someone on the internet to tell him what to do...

  • I want a 28/29T chainring which they don't do and there have been instances of Middleburn UNO chainrings cracking.

I need to split my head open to make sure I have a brain...

  • Ben's afraid of spiders, Apollo...

  • I've got both, I'll be working on Mare St tomorrow or you can drop by mine tonight/Friday evening.

  • Have some rep! Dropped you a text about it.

  • Also have some... in Highbury - what bb tool? haz campag/shimano/gxp

  • Thanks for the offer apollo, Ed sorted me out. Will pop by and collect from him in a couple of hours, maybe even dropped by LMNH for a coffee en route home :D

  • Ben, do you still need the TRP CX9 caliper and 29t uno chainring? I have both.

  • Yes I do, PLEASE!

  • Rarer than hen's tooth Home Brewed 29T chainring! Comes in red too :D

  • Anybody have a Shimano BB tool for the lending thereof?

  • I believe so...

  • Schweet.

  • I assume you mean for squaretaper BBs...

If TS doesn't I reckon I have one in the loft. You'll need a big adjustable spanner/socket driver, thoguh.

  • Yep, square taper. Have a fairly fuckoff socket set, thanks Jimmy, will let you know.

  • I'll check tomorrow, Rick... x

  • i got one and a big spanner you can use rick.

i would just buy a set of zero rake forks but they need to be 1" steerer and i cant find any
