Just googled dia compe 135. I see it's for 22.2mm. Is the bracket in the bag for 23.8mm?

Yeah, the one in the bag is for 23.8 (or the other way round, but anyway it has both). I could post it in a couple of days, if you'd like it PM me and we can sort it out.
