  • what's up with you site? It's not loading.
    Slowest...site...ever. Sorry!

Sure it'll be great when i check tomorrow

  • I'm having trouble getting things on the site to happen too.

  • Shame that, i know how much we both like a vintage oggle!

  • Skully, are you still chopping? (sorry for slight derail)

  • There's other websites for that, kam.

  • Yep I trim a few still, mostly stamping names though.

  • I've been up there too - lots of nice things.

Agree. I've had bits missing from a new build or needed help with obscure requests for a build and they have sorted it out when needed and usually at a short notice.

  • This is where I got my Ti Raleigh from. Great place.

  • Thumbs up to Jake!

I'd been looking for a specific type of wheelset with no joy.
Quick few emails and he's got it sorted, same day, an gone way over what you'd expect in terms of service.

I'd emailed hilary stone in the past, what a waste of time, guy never replied to three emails.

  • hilary stoned

this place looks good! will be in touch for future projects - will not however be buying that droopy penis stem!

  • protesting too much much?

    just buy it already

    Hi Darius,

We are usually around on the weekend but this weekend is an exception where we are all AWOL I'm afraid.

If you can only make it on Saturday or Sunday just drop me a line in the week and I'll make sure someone is here.

Our headsets and BB's aren't sorted out so you need to let us know what you are looking for beforehand so we can sort them out for you, some of the stuff is so buried that there isn't much point coming and waiting for us to dig it out lol.

We have old cottered bottom brackets.
As well as various makes including Campagnolo, Gnutti, Strong lite and other brands, mostly in square taper drive.

In the way of headsets we have Campag, Strong lite, 30's, 40's, 50's old school headsets as well as new ones that are old school looking. Most headsets are in chrome. Some 70's & 80's with needle roller bearings are alloy.

But like I say most are a little 'buried' so let me know what your after exactly and I can have it sorted out before you come over.

    Cheers!

  • what do you have in the shimano 600 arabeque? i've been looking for brakes for ages and just got my hands on a pair of 600 for now. would like the arabs to complete a groupset, oh and the chainset to match? any chance?

sounds spot on! no problems about this weekend - will message next week and hopefully can give you an idea as to what am after.

    good luck with it all!

  • paid these guys a visit on friday afternoon, ended up making myself late for work christmas party by just standing in the 'cave' open mouthed perving on all the old treasure.

    seriously recommend a visit!

  • Bought some hubs from Graham & Co earlier in the year, thoroughly recommend them for service.

Hubs I bought (sexy campags) were spot on, but when I came to pair them up with my rims, noticed I had made an error counting holes! Within days they had sent me up another pair of hubs with the right number of hubs, special delivery and all was well.

  • Glad you got the right number of hubs. Confusing stuff, this wheel building lark.

  • I may have ingested a large amount of Port in ready'ness for the working week ahead.

  • Bump.

I just bought some pedals and some toeclips. I should be able to come get them on Thursday.

  • Loving the site!
