Replacing or Changing dropouts from vertical to track?

I have a nice aende lo pro... only problem is, it has vertical dropouts and i wanna run it fixed. Does anyone know anywhere in london that will change the vertical to the track dropout?

I had a look at other threads, but they were all from years ago.

when replacing drops how far down the stays does the damage to paintowrk go ? the heat marks and scorching ?
