Trying to book the lights for tomorrow for our fixture (Tornadoes v Kings) but they are being a little cagey.. help?

The wardens like 48 hours notice so they can rotor someone to be there.

it's not going so well. i've been put on hold numerous times, then returned to the same operator only to have her inform me that she isn't sure bike polo is allowed, and that she'll call me back - which hasn't occurred thus far.

if someone else can try and succeed, that'd be great, but i doubt i am going to get anywhere further than this.. plus i can't really spend anymore time calling today.

just got an email back - they are awaiting a price list, and will confirm asap.. who knows, might still happen?

7 at newt will have to be, sorry. they replied with the same message ''needing to find out what the fee schedule for bike polo is, waiting from council", then no dice this morning. In future this will have to be done well in advance, I think.
