Yup. That's about the long and short of it. Courier sorted, he will be wearing a red carnation.
Ask John h to point you in the right direction he knows who it is!
Cheers

Who is your courier? I need one as well.

Totally fine. The more people that document our little space before it's reduced to rubble in the not–so–distant future the better : )

Schedule of games (and results)

Still got space for 2 more special rules games.

Fuck... 7:45 is awesome/horrible.
-
• #163
Ok, I'm going to take the 8:44 tomorrow, the extra 30 mins sleep is probably best.
Slight rule change, I'm just going to do megashuffles (but give any extras priority in the next shuffle), it's fairer for everyone, easier to deal with, and people know if they've got a break for a few games.
To remind everyone of the special rules.
Unlimited goals, games are timed, and will always finish on the hour, or quarter past, half past, or quarter too, no stopping time.
Players gets points for the results of the games they are in (3 for a win, 1 for a draw), and also the goal difference. The standings are sorted by points, then goal difference. The top 12 players at 9am on Sunday (of those that are there), play the two semi finals, and then the winners go through to the final (where the teams are shuffled again). The winner of the tournament is the player with the most points, regardless of whether they win the final, or not.
If a player doesn't make it to the court within 2 minutes of the mallets being thrown in, any other player (who was in the last shuffle) can get on court, swap the mallets round, and play instead. Play starts once the 6 players are ready.
If a player has a bike failure or can't play on, they have to leave the court, and the game will continue. The team can get a sub, though the sub won't get the points, the original player will. The sub doesn't lose their position in any shuffles.
Every 2 hours their will be special games, which will have separate shuffles.

brooms and mops is the future of polo.
Also what's the difference between "goals on the center line" and "back to back goals in the middle"? -
• #165
probably wasn't the best description, I'll fix that, the first one I meant that the goals would be on opposite sides, but widthways, not lengthways.

• #166
sounds fun, kinda wish I'd sorted out coming down
