I didn't see you there. Were you in costume?

He was dressed as a corporate whore, so no surprise you didn't recognise him, Clive.
What a great night, thanks to everyone who helped out, your help is appreciated.

Oh, James! :(
I had a great time, just really, really sad to hear about James's collar bone... Heal up fast, dude... x

Had a great time down there last night and have to admit, that Mr Blobby was my absolute highlight. We saw him trying to get on his bike before the race started and he had a small issue of not being able to get his bum on the saddle. In the end he had to deflate his costume and reinflate it again when sat on the saddle!

I did have a wooly hat on. You were talking to someone when I waved. I didn't want to interrupt.

There's no need for that, Eddie.

Great race! Chapéu to the Barclays bike rider too. I got tangled in my cape one too many times and ripped it off a few laps from the end.
Thanks!

Was marshaling at the sandpit, first laps were the best. Not so many crashes just some bruised pride at having to get off and run through!
Good times indeed.

Was the sandpit just after the u-turn where the course went up and off into the woods? From the beer tent I could see the speed suddenly reducing quite dramatically up there

Loads of fun! Marshalling the under 12's and under 14's was ace. Those little legged kids were amazing....some alarmingly pushy parents around too though : /

Two points to the fancy dress brigade;
- It's not Halloween for another week
- It's a race, not a fun ride.
You wore a skinsuit and won?
Where are all the photos?! Come on slackers!
That Blobby outfit is

I really enjoy Muddy Hell, relaxed and well run event for everyone, brilliant job you all.
Nice to catch up with a few old faces and some new ones too as Sam (Pistolero) was getting his daughter at 10 months old an early taste for the track :-)
Well done to all contestants, it looked a tiring course. -

Superb evening and some great riding. Highlight has to be Mr Blobby popping wheelies to order.
I will never forget this moment. Blobby doesnt like hugs. He was shredding tho!
Muddy Hell is fucking rad. I used my cross country bike, a DMR Switchback which did the job. I stacked in the sand trap on the first lap and nearly ate mud on the wet bit and clipped my back wheel once hopping the hurdle in the bar bit. Cant wait to see more pics and see how I placed. Still sore in a good way.
LFGSS CX event? Perhaps I should plan something for my 30th in November. There was more inspiration at the BFF;
