Although I thought there were already measures to stop people riding on pavements, not sure what a PSPO adds. That article is clickbait bullshit though.

Acoustic pianos can hardly be given away around here so no big surprise seeing them on the streets. Kids these days don't seem to want to own anything, just have access to everything.

I see a business venture. Zipiano. Just book your piano online for the hours you're actually using it. All the benefits of owning a piano, without the downsides.
