You can see in the video that it doesn't move at night, only during the day. And you can tell that on quieter days (less blurry people) it doesn't move as much. Definitely punter induced vibration.
MYSTERY SOLVED.
The people are less blurry on quieter days? Also, if it's just vibrations, how come it stops turning once its back is turned to the crowds?
