  • In law, you cannot consent to something that will cause serious harm. Which is designed, in the most part I believe, to prevent the defense of "it was just rough sex". There was a case I think I remember where two lads filmed themselves putting spanners and all sorts up their urethras and they were both convicted.

  • Wasn't there another case of a bunch (couple?) of guys stapling their/each others foreskins to a board? Also convicted

  • You might be thinking of Operation Spanner in 1987, which provided case law for this sort of thing. There was one feller who nailed someone's knob to a plank. Sandpaper on the bellend was also popular.

  • Wasn't there a channel 4 documentary of a sex worker, a dominatrix that made men drink her pee and they paid for the priveledge. Something about a grater or sandpaper on the penis too?

  • Wasn't there something about Leslie ash and lee chapman in a rough sex thing and this was the case law used?

Also wasn't there the chap that gave consent to have his penis chopped off and wanted to watch another guy eat it. All consentual, they met on the internet somewhere in Europe. Remember as the eater overcooked the penis and was unhappy about that.

    EDIT It was Germany https://www.theguardian.com/world/2003/dec/04/germany.lukeharding

  • I don't remember, but there were new laws against piss drinking and female ejaculation in 2014. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/a-long-list-of-sex-acts-just-got-banned-in-uk-porn-9897174.html

  • There's something very specific about that which you seem to have missed.

  • This was all consensual?!

    Thankfully.

  • Along with the sad fucks in the monkey torture video ring.

Seems to me, torturing monkeys for fun and profit is quite obviously a step or two beyond making porn of DIY amputations?

Super weird and icky as it is, body dysmorphia beyond the wish to transition genders is a recognised condition - and it appears that those who succeed in being mutilated (or rather, modified, if you grant them the right to consent to such a thing) according to their wishes generally tend to feel a lot better afterwards. Despite this, folks who fall into this category pretty much have to resort to backyard measures in order to achieve their desired condition.

Of course, someone who voluntarily gets their own leg cut off is probably pushing it a bit when it comes to a disability allowance...

And that one bloke who decided he'd made the wrong call reinforces the argument that there should be proper channels for this sort of business, where peeps can be properly evaluated, given these backyard operators(!) will inevitably pop up from time to time in order to fill this niche.

As for other UK laws regarding sex and porn, how isn't it the case that a somewhat progressive crew such as yourselves feel there's been some significant overreach? Some of it is downright prudish.

Regulation should be focused on ratbag corporations bent on pillaging people and the environment for their shareholders, not on policing people's private business... Moral panics always exist to serve the incumbent domineering scum, diverting attention and outrage from where it belongs, by blatantly pressing lizard brain buttons.

  • It’s the new steerage, aka storage.

  • I posted my lovely portrait of Jeremy Clarkson on IG and I think he's made 500 sockpuppet accounts to have a go at me. I'd love to live in Brighton though, love the seaside

  • I think anyone would remember a wrench down the end of their todger.

The legislation all can out because of prurience though - making things illegal because people did not like them.

Sure, some corner cases where crimes did occurs were swept up, but for the most part, it just criminalised consensual (even if super pervy) activities.

  • Fucking brilliant portrait

  • Yeah that looks like a 'custom job' if I've ever seen one. The fairings looks redone too, just missing some original paint if you know what I mean.

  • Terrence Howard Claims He Can ‘Kill Gravity’ in Off-the-Charts Joe Rogan Chat

“We’re about to kill gravity. We’re about to kill their God, gravity,
and they don’t want that,” Howard exclaimed to a fascinated Rogan.
Howard then presented a video in which his so-called business partner
narrated a computer animation model that supposedly showed how
“linchpins” and “vortexes” were used to create a zero-gravity Saturn.

“How can it equal one?” he said he told the professor. “If one times
one equals one that means that two is of no value because one times
itself has no effect. One times one equals two because the square root
of four is two, so what’s the square root of two? Should be one, but
we’re told it’s two, and that cannot be.”

  • 'Intellectual' 'dark web', huh?

Words just don't have any meanings for these jive turkeys. The fucken nutjob singularity is upon us.

  • #rep for 'jive turkeys'

  • “How can it equal one?” he said he told the professor. “If one times

one equals one that means that two is of no value because one times
itself has no effect. One times one equals two because the square root
of four is two, so what’s the square root of two? Should be one, but
we’re told it’s two, and that cannot be
    .”

The square root of 2 is 1.4. Closer to 1 than the value we're apparently told it is.

My IQ score has gone down reading that.

  • 2 is of no value, so who cares what its square root is? Let's make some real progress by getting rid of other numbers. Like 4. Which is no value times no value. Why bother with it?

  • Maybe the lower end of WTF, but the title of this shipping email from Paria....

(Only a cap, I don't want to be identified as a Paria wearer).
