Thanks @HoKe - looks like they improved fitting for the 'aerobrakes 2', on my 'i-brakes' version the fork lever cable clamp was only accessible from the top of the lever...meaning you couldn't tighten it when fully closed!

Calling the version with brake drillings AL464F invites this kind of thing. At some point the English language Look site even categorised it as Fixie

Seems the best fit for that would be at the UCI velodrome, ferrying spares/grub to all the Look teams...

Finally got my hands on the frame I’ve always wanted! Definitely gonna be a slow burner build, got an 10 speed Ultegra group sitting around not doing anything so will probably slap that on there for the time being and ride it for a bit before deciding if I wanna go period correct or not.

10 speed will make it more usable indeed.

Frameset seems to be in excellent condition, currently tempted to convert mine over to a TT from a Road.

Definitely a cafe run bike than a racer.
