That's right. No spacing or redishing required with Zipp or DT (including Reynolds wheels with DT hubs). You just remove one free hub and attach another. You need the specific one for wheels built since 2009 though, so order carefully!
You are right about Tune. Pain in the backside to change over, although possible.
This is the kit to change from Shimano to Campag, so I guess you follow the reverse
