I think that HHH did nothing wrong by describing the guy who broke into his home. It is a fact he was black, or at least looked black.

It was not racist and the guy who said 'racist' was probably joking.

Sometimes I browse this forum and I do see a lot of banter. This is just how the forum is. I am not surprised if there are 'friendly' race jokes etc...

Some people will take offense to it. Perhaps they get this banter from people who do aim to get under thier skin. I know certainly from my own experiences that there are types at work that try to get under y skin with jackie chan jokes etc... it does get tedious but there isn't much I can do about it.
