This was my first polo tourney and I enjoyed every minute of it. Big thanks to mrkawasaki and snottyotter for inviting me to be their new third man. I think I raised my game throughout Saturday, thank you all for not imposing health and safety on snottyotter, who celebrated Erectus beating Hacked off 1-0 so hard that I had to play front man for our games against Tornadoes and Les Peacocks.

Just got home, sorry we had to leave before the final. Thanks alot for an amazing tournament guys, especially to Rich Ninja and Ady who seemed to have pulled out all the stops to put on an incredible tournament. Evene the rain coulcn't stop how fun it was!

Thanks so much everyone for coming to Bristol and our very organic tournament.

Hightlights for me:

*Losing to Polo Erectus
*Seeing the water being pushed out of the court after the deluge
*Playing Wheely Wheely Good the first time on Saturday.

Low points:

• Stressing about the format (but it being OK in the end)
  
• Hearing Dead or Alive for the tenth time (but secretly loving it)
  
• It all ending but totally stoked on the whole event.
  
  

Thanks to all that helped out too especially Jono, Adam, Josh and James for the advice on the schedule and of course not forgetting the Tournament Helpdesk back in London run by Horatio who was on the phone for advice, beers the next time I see you. Thanks to everyone who reffed. Thanks to the Bristol crew for helping out at the end of the day.

Unsung hero - Cab: Always on hand to help out, looked after the site overnight so we could be safe and secure (and I could go home), taking Chukka to hospital and generally being on hand to do whatever needs doing, always willing, never complains.

Ady and Andre - worked so hard to make this tournament great and gave it the edge that we appreciated: The penthouse, prizes, cheap beer and cider and loads of other things that I can't remember. Well done guys and thanks for making this happen.

Nothing major, a lifted fingernail but very painful apparently.

Just got back from an awesome weekend tired, muddy, and very happy. Thanks so much to Ady, Andre, Rich and all the rest of the Bristol lot for putting on a tournament that will live in the memory.

The format provided everyone with tons of polo and ran to schedule, the location was brilliant, the cider was (very) cheap and tasty, it was great to wake up in a tent to music blaring from the speakers (and diceface talking about how many times he got his cock out in the pub last night) and walk straight onto a polo court for throwins before breakfast. The polo was awesome too!

Groovy tawny Bristol! Big shout to Ninj, Rich, Ady and Cab - you guys did an awesome job (faultless except for the Now That's What I Call 80's Music mix). Soz we had to humble you on court - those are the breaks! The Otter has been hung out to dry - should be sober enough to play again come the BFF...

Yep, best tourney, loved the location, love bristol, wicked polo, great courts, ideal food/tea van. Thanks so much guys, had a brill time. I hope you can do a spring/early summer retreat there, would be awesome, lots of people camping.

Oh, and Ali and Dave, it was a pleasure. Shit the Bed spent most of the weekend talking about shitting too.

Also, Electric Cream, you guys keep stepping it up, it's great to see, well done guys.
