Format:

Our aim will be to give everyone as many games as possible, so either a full round robin or failing that as many Swiss rounds as we can fit in, followed by some sort of elimination to determine final placing.

We have decided not to go with this idea. We are currently waiting on 3 local companies who are looking to take this event on. All 3 are excellent and will be offering locally sourced good quality veggie/vegan/meat food for both days. We will keep you posted on this.

There will be portable loos on site for the whole tourney, but the campsite is basically the sports field directly next to the courts. This is CAMPING, not GLAMPING!! On the plus side, the ground is nice, is smack in the middle of the gorge (and on the edge of a nature reserve) and will be lit up at night. Showers.....pahhh!

Event catering sorted. 2 very cool Airstreams. One serving excellent quality hot and cold drinks (with licence for booze) and the other serving top notch grub at affordable prices. These are going to be on site for the whole event from 7am on the Saturday and will have veggie options too. There is going to be a breakfast menu and a lunch menu. We really look after you guys!!
