Get yourself a proper gentleman's wallet - I had one of these from Gieves & Hawkes until some hipster stole it. My first 'grown-up' wallet and I loved it.

I've always been a fan of the sausage wallet.

Mulberry gets my vote. Got mine cheap at their factory shop. Bought the doris a nice purse at the same time. Both holding up nicely 6 or so years down the line.

some stall down Spitalfields Market had made wallets out of recycled plastics (maybe bike related material). They also had belts made out of old bike tyres. I also noticed quite a few other stalls with nice looking cheap leather wallets. I'm currently rocking this:

Mine get stolen/lost with monotonous regularity. The last time in Soho, then the guy decided to travel down to Brixton in the middle of the night to try to sell it back to me...

M&S, black, leather.
I just had deja vu!
Hells yeah!
I'm really picky with my wallets. Needs to have a zipped coin compartment, transparent sleeve for my drivers license and two separate note sections, one for cash one for receipts n' shit.
I'm looking for a new one as my M&S one is on its last legs after three years.

i bought a silver metal business card holder in japan as i didnt want to carry my whole wallet around whilst travelling. now i only use that. no matter what wallet i have, it always triples in size due to reciepts and junk. plus you never notice it in your pocket which is a bonus.
it holds only my debit, credit, drivers license and oyster card plus a few notes. never needed anything else.similar to this but without the pattern on top:

I don't use a wallet since mine got nicked, decided it's too easy for someone to get all my valuables, instead I carry bank card, id and cash in my pocket.

These are loads cheaper than elsewhere - anyone know why, or has bought from them?

Two things:
NEVER have a zipped coin section - it's wrong because it distorts the pocket line and batters the wallet. Place all change (nothing less than 50p pieces) in a jar or donate it.
Why do you carry ID?
