True, Guinness is excellent for mending broken bones. Also the Guinness ride is excellent for helping break bones. It's the perfect self sustaining model.

I also know this to be true. If it wasn't true, I wouldn't bother knowing it. Also I work for the NHS, so...the black and the white is all about zen balance, obvs.
