Hmm....I've seen far worse than that bent straight again on one of my own bikes: gently does it and its as good as new, probably not best to do it in a vice as you may get too much force too soon, thinking an adjustable with flat jaws would do it.
Possibly a need to check tracking just in case- string from centre headtube to rear end on both sides, each side should be the same length, if its not its bent, and its another pull gently jobby.

ps I think if you fart in the right direction it'll fix the bent end- a Guiness will work wonders!

as i said i'd prefer to sell complete as the bike is at the guys house i sold it.
why not take the lot and sell the parts...you'll end up with free forks most likely. -
