  • wtf that's well out of order

  • What a twat. Didn't notice the helmet cam, got the passenger's face and driver's plate. Give the clip to the Police. Probably only get a warning, but at least he won't be doing it again.

  • 'Idiot' comes from the greek name for people who fail to vote.

Wonder if that person ever bothers to think about anything other than themselves.

  • at least you can recognise the fncker, and the plates. should be enough?

  • !!!! amazing to catch that on head cam

what further information are they appealing for? they have the reg. (unless its false)

  • Dear PC Heath...

I've got the car model, colour, manufacturer and license plate, a hi-res still of the perpetrator, and a video of the whole incident....hope this helps!

  • I thought that to. If they have the reg, they can trace the driver then surely they would be in trouble if they did not tell the polis who the passenger was!

  • £10 says he's a copper's son.

  • shouldn't the owner of the car be responsible?

  • Other people that this might have happened to maybe?

It's seven years for carrying imitation firearms in public, isn't it? That's a stiff penalty for a few cheap lulz.

If he gets seven years he'll get a very stiff penalty, every morning in the showers. KNOWWHATIMEAN

    Goodnight.

No but seriously that's really bad

  • The obligation on the owner only extends to grasssing up the driver for motoring offences and not passengers for assault and wounding charges.

Or being shot by the police who do not realise you only have a BB gun and think it is a real one. Lets face it if they can shoot a guy because they mistake a table leg wrapped up in a plastic bag for a firearm we can only hope that this little prick meets a similar demise.

  • £10 says he's a copper's son.

That's some serious cynicism there Mr Skulls. I like it.

Bramshill, where this incident occurred, is the location of the police staff college where senior police are trained (the police equivalent of Sandhurst).

  • from the YouTube comments
"The police have this, problem is that proving who was driving the car, as the owner of that registration says it's not his car. So I need to ID the passenger with the BB gun."

  • needs local / national press to get this out there so he gets recognised. Bring back Shaw Taylor and Police 5.

Ha! Lucky guess on my part. I've known a few copper's sons. Wayward lads mostly, just this sort of 'laugh' is the kind of thing they'd think they could get away with, and frequently did. It's fucking horrible in the sticks. This is why I live in lovely safe London.

Given the huge number of CCTV cameras in the UK you would think that the police could find footage of him at around this time driving towards / away from this area at around that time. They always seem to be able to do it on Spooks / CSI ;)

  • This highlights two clear problems which can easily extend to other more serious car related incidents and crimes.
    1) The registered owner of a vehicle must be held fully responsible for any actions commited by any driver or passenger of that vehicle unless another party is named and takes responsibility. This needs to be for the full period of time for which the vehicle is registered to them. "It's not my car anymore" should be as credible as SMIDSY.
    2) The chain of culpability should then flow through driver to passenger and all drivers should automatically be considered to be aiding and abetting any crime committed from a vehicle that they're driving unless they report it within 24 hours. There's enough ANPR cameras in the country, you just rack up the penalty for every camera you trip until you either report the crime or get pulled by the police.
On top of that, penalties need to be a lot stiffer. After all, people whinge about things like paying £60 & 3 points for a speeding ticket. It doesn't seem to stop people speeding though. Income related penalties would be the way forward and more points.
In the meantime, if anyone happens to be off to this part of Hampshire in the near future, take the make, model, colour and reg details and if you see it, give the local police a bell and let them know where they can find it.

Well, having suffered, in my solicitors words, "the worst and most vicious hate campaign we have ever encountered", including 3000 death threats by email, text and voicemail, assault, attempted murder (trying to hit me with a car), false accusations of rape, and a million other incidents to myself, my friends and my family, over four years, and after repeated complaints to the police, which were totally ignored, it was no surprise that it turned out my attacker was living with a senior police officer and has a history of such things. It took police officers from out of the area to finally take things in hand.

So i have learnt that anything is possible !

  • That sounds like quite a story FreeBorn; any chance you will tell it?

If I can find the time, I'll write it all down.....its hard to believe it could happen in Britain, but it did. Scary times indeed......

The hardest thing about it, is not having a frame of reference for it. Its like living in a drug induced nightmare. Its happening all around you, but you can't stop it. Death threats by the dozens, every day, but the police didn't want to know. When presented with witnesses and piles of evidence, they literally laughed at us. My father, a police officer for thirty years, now despises the police.

She openly boasted she was untouchable. And she was. And to finally be told by police officers that she was being protected by corrupt officers, and if they contacted me, I was to call 999, was very shocking, but made perfect sense. Its still not over, but at least I survived !

  • Just give us the gist of it.

  • +1 on hearing this tale.
