While trackstanding at the ped crossing by Tesco on Shoreditch High St this morning I got abuse from some fat woman in shades carrying a washing bag. I didn't react (apart from laughing) as I think she was probably insane. At the very least, a person with serious 'issues' lol. 'Wanker' was the epithet I remember hearing the most, though there were a number of others... Anyone else had this?

It's trackstand envy. It's a neurosis that's an unfortunate symptom of avelopia.

^ Thats not a manual as I know it - you need to have a freewheel (not pedalling) and standing up.

I imagine its possible on a BMW Gangster as that is nearer MTB geometry.
You need a very low saddle so you can get you arse back over the back wheel.

You don't need a low saddle to pull a manual
