I need a third. I had the bike with the AMSTERDAM BIKE POLO wheel covers in Barcelona. If you foot down when you are keeping the goal, please don't bother.

That rules out just about everyone in London, I reckon.

We try not to keep goal in London. Actually, we are trying a new rule where you have to tap out if you stray within 5 meters of your own goal. Sorry we couldn't be of more help.

Stupidly double booked myself so I'll be in Holland/Denmark seeing relatives, totally gutted but I can't reorganise it.

Holland as in The Netherlands? Which city?

Vlissingen (Zeeland) so miles away from anywhere of any interest, at least the beaches are nice there.

from vlissingen it's a 1hour drive to Antwerp, you can play some polo there

This is Jamie, from Brisbane, Australia. The team I play on "The Majestic Pink Shafts" came 6th at the Australian nationals this year. I play a passing/defensive style of game. Will be coming over on the 26th of july. Looking for a team to play on. Erin and maybe Jon and Ali may be able to give you a better indication of my skill level in comparison with London. Ok everyone, it's time to start promoting the Open to the general public, if we want this event to keep growing year-on-year (and keep attracting awesome sponsors, etc) then we need to get a good crowd in attendance.
If possible, please print out and distribute (or link your friends) the following:
London Open Poster (will scale to any paper size).
London Open Flyer (double sided, so perhaps trickier to self-print)There's also a Time Out listing that will get loads more attention if you "attend' it with Facebook (as it will be listed higher/on the front page): linky here.
Thanks!

Posters put up at work.
-
• #144
Does it matter that the poster doesn't say where it is?
-
• #145
That's the first thing someone in the office said to me...

Good point, originally it was to promote registration for teams. Ah well, URL has the details and there will be postcard flyers alongside the posters when I sling them up.

Get the t-shirts done early so we can start wearing them?
Shout if I can help. -

Don't worry about it, just tell people Hackney Downs if they ask... I'm not keen on the cluttered poster, sorry!
