shop 14 has shut down, they're trying to find somewhere else to move to. look up some email adresses on the shop 14 blog: www.14bikeco.com/blog . they will tell you how to get hold of superted.
about the esb's, superted produced every single esb while they were still being custom made to customers' measurements.

Hope he still has a workshop....

you won't find 14 because it's dead, but pm me for ST's workshop.
He does make the ESB's, sharing the workload with lee cooper.
