  • Discarded by the dealer round the corner, no doubt! Make sure you clean the hell out of them.

  • I'd give it an extra thorough clean before using it. Particularly in the presence of sniffer dogs.

  • Huh, that's a first for Belfast. I didn't think of that, TX!

I'll get the soap out at work as I am going to the city centre later.

Came with free LED car light bulbs, and a user guide. Very considerate dealers.

  • Hahaha! Certainly would have been some very interesting biscuits baked with those.

  • And it wasn't too far from where I work which is not city centre either...perhaps a good addition to the lunch vans that drive here to peddle their wares.

Psssssssst....today we have very special cakes Dutch recipe, winkwinknodnod

  • So I cleaned the scales and...the little plastic tab to cover the battery was still there. Unused dealer scales? The plot thickens... :)

  • Yup saw them near Blackfriars, put a smile on my face!

  • I rode my bike to work today.
    It's been over a year.

    That is all.

  • so many irritating cunts whizzing around on electric hire bikes, RLJing, undertaking etc etc. The Jump ones seem to be the worst. some wanker gesticulating at my wife this morning because he wanted to get past when there was no space.

  • I rode my bike for the first time in 4 months, straight into 25km commute on fixed. I need cake and a lie down.

  • I went through a ski goggles on the bike phase. Worked pretty well actually, until they were eaten by a rottweiler.

  • Hopefully not when on your face!

  • Yeah they're really irritating. There are lots of idiots on electric scooters too. But I try to ignore the stupidity of the few because ultimately it means fewer people in cars which is a good thing.

  • Smug me with my new mudguards getting zero spray lasted about 5 minutes before I realised just how few people have them, and how much spray comes up off the back wheel in front and directly into my face!!

  • at least your legs, back etc were probly nice and dry.
i had to wash my legs when i arrived at work this morning, and forgot to pop ass saver onto my saddle, so my ass wasn't saved.

just about to order some guards.

  • Ccant really moan I suppose after 10 years of commuting without them myself I must have sprayed some faces in my time!

  • Ahhh joy. The schools are back.

  • I must have sprayed some faces in my time!

  • Feels like bloody autumn.

  • In awe of the size of this flap. Unit etc.

  • Great for coffee.

  • Boy you could tell the schools were back this morning. From empty, quiet streets to absolute carnage in the space of just a couple of days.

Still, at least the solution to the traffic problem is obvious: ban school.

  • Haven't spotted any ski goggles, but there's loads of bandanas / scarves over faces on riders around the mean streets of London these days. Is this a pollution thing or a anti-CCTV thing? Or just a steez thing? It's making me realise how out of touch i am these days :(

  • I was waved through/let out by not one, but two buses on my way to work this morning.
The Gods obviously like me right now.

  • First ped step out today, ped had headphones on so wasn't even aware of me, decided to go behind whilst slamming the anchors, worked out well as ped suddenly broke out into a jog so van behind me wouldn't hit them
Pulled up at lights and van driver was impressed with my bike handling skills, was just glad it worked out
