I trainwankered this morning after giving myself a slight beasting in the forest last night. Fortunately I can do most of my journey above ground so not too uncomfortable if you sit at the quiet end of the train.

Caught a few Pokemon and spotted a vaping @laner as I transferred from Liverpool Street to Bank.

I've done it a couple of times, but only in the most extreme cases (once with the immortal words "I love the cherries on your knickers, but I suspect you didn't want me to see them...").

Both times the person has seemed extremely grateful to me, it's a tricky one though.

What an awesome day to go into the office: virtually no cars on the roads, sunny, took a really easy pace and had zero people stepping out in front of me/cutting me up/snaking etc. Obviously would rather be out enjoying it, but needs must.

Lol at the white van who cut the bend we were going round while I was in primary, and did successfully overtake me, only to hit the back of a traffic jam and watch me filter down its right hand side.

Quite a spicy morning, had a bit of a run in with a hot headed motorcyclist, everyone going at about 1mph pulling up to some lights. After he flew into a rage at me I very unwisely told him to chill out, which turned out to be his trigger... Anyway, he seemed quite up for a fight, I certainly wasn't

My first ride in on fixed for ages, since my nearly new Kinesis 4S disc decided to crack yesterday.

Need to change the saddle and sort out saddle position on the fixed as my arse felt unusual by the time I got in, but was a very agreeable commute all round - spent most of it shooting the breeze with a chap I've met a few times before, rides a world champ Colnago.

First commute on my own bike in London in over two years tomorrow. Toot Toot! Going to do it fixed too.
