This morning's commute and other commuting stories

On my commute to the pub last night, I got an egg thrown at me from a passing car. Its happened twice now. This time however I saw the car, and it got stuck at some traffic lights and I caught it. As it was a car full of 'Ladz' impressing their 'Laydeez' I didn't mention anything, just kept thinking 'well this is awkward'. Nothing has ever come of yelling at drivers.
Its interesting to note that there is a lot of complaint about bad drivers, but some aren't bad, there just willfully arseholes.

Nah, they've yet to hit me.
It would have been a different story had they though. It wouldn't have made any difference. Can you imagine a lecture on road safety going down well with this kind of person. And the other option would probably result in some kind of fight. I prefer not to get riled up. Specially as I'm a skinny git with all the menace of a paper clip. It would have been take a photo of them and get a witness' number I think.

All I can reply is that I have never posted to this website as anyone else. But you won't believe that, so shrug...

As for the rest of your rant, rather amusing, I have to say. Especially the 'teenage' bit, because unless you're a lot older than you sound, I (born in 1967) am probably twenty years older than you... if not double your age.

And calling me 'stupid' just makes you look silly. I think that with four university degrees so far, I've done my bit to prove that I'm not that thick.

Although like everyone else, I can be at times.

Anyway, all good fun. My arse (or to be more precise, my perineum) is utter agony this evening, so I'm entrusting my commute to South Eastern tomorrow. That should be fun.
