Cr-mo steel bends before it breaks and these have been squished so slightly that there are no structural weaknesses apparent. I had them examined by a frame builder, who confirmed they are still good. So... no, being squished does not count as structural damage in this case. Get me?

Cannondale is gone and so are the Deda drops.

Also, carbon new unbranded road fork is gone too...
