Hello ...
Mostly to be seen on morning/evening commute to work between Chorlton and Quay Street. On a Langster at the moment. But looking around for a new SS and that's why I've ended up in this here forum.
-
• #179
Howdy.
Why not try that Langster out at polo? Give a new lease of life. -
• #180
Hmm, not sure about that. You got a team/s in Manchester then? I'm imagining a kind of Fast Show-esque scenario in which a dozen people (on bikes) all chase the same ball. Surely that can only result in ... crash.
-
• #181
Well, 6 people at a time, there is the occasional crash but generally you get good at it and you ain't going too fast anyway. Come down and watch and have a beer with us, we're all quite nice really. At worst you can watch us all fall off.
We play Thursday nights and Sundays here, check the polo thread for details. -
• #182
Not far from me, might have a mooch past time and see what's going on. Cheers.
-
• #183
You get real good real quick if you practise enough - Snotty's a total legend at crashing! Though the fishy one is looking to reign supreme pretty soon - Rob's great at parkour-rolling but I haven't seen him in a full inversion still clipped in... Skyride just got real!
See you Thursday at 6.30pm!

Good guess, first one was a taxi doing an unindicated u turn on palatine; this one was a rude boy driving into the back of me - bike somehow survived but cheeky broken wrist

Bring it to polo!

It is, it very much is, we had a 1st timer today who was converted after 1 game, and he spent half his games on a BMX.
