Sweet! We've been looking into ordering a couple of these. One in the chameleon paint, so would be good to see some non-studio pics...

Grx 30/46 - is that going to be an issue because of the dropped stay? I know I might not fit my 4iii power meter on.
-
• #9258
not the dropped stay, mainly about how low the FD can go ..

Not at all. I posted about it on the Gravel thread a while back. It cost £636 for frame, fork, seatpost, custom paint job, paypal fee shipping and taxes. I paid with paypal in $ with my Starling card and it was basically the correct exchange rate. If I had paid with paypal's exchange rate it would have been about £30 more I think.
Initial response to my enquiry below. I didn't get axles or headset as I've read that they are crap. One set of sample CFR696: US$480.00 with frame, fork, seat post, clamp.

What's the forum approved road thru axles on AliX? Something low profile and light weight, and what's the correct ones to get for my Giant Contend SL1 Disc? I think it's your standard 12x100/142 setup?
Thanks -

I think it's your standard 12x100/142 setup?
You'll need to double check the thread pitch, think they're mostly standard now but just in case. And the overall length of both axles. a 142x12 for a steel bike with plate dropouts would be shorter than a carbon gravel bike with thicker carbon dropouts for example.

j&l, easily acquired through eBay but probably on AliX too. This could be the one, claims to be for Giant but double check the thread pitch, etc.
