Any recommendations for a decent lightweight saddle? I would have gone for a carbon SMP replica, but they seem impossible to find now.

Awesome, thanks!

I'd have been tempted if it wasn't fucking 9 degrees in the morning already ^
On the subject, anyone recommend any winter gear that's decent quality?

Is looking grand on a bike of mine. Seems to be working fine holding my arse up.

I got a nice all black, nice and subtle, thermal long sleeve jersey from spexcel last year. I think quite few others did too.
think I am going to shell out on a gabba too

Just bought the Spexcel castelli gabba lookalike.
It took the seller 7 days to ship my order but it should be here pretty soon and I will do some review -

@zootsuitsuit I've seen you're selling yours. Was it any bad ?

Ordered a couple of weeks ago and arrived just now. Seem good quality but can't vouch for how photochromic they actually are. One point - they say 'ciclismo' in the middle of the lens, not 0akley, which I wasn't expecting. I suspect they'll take proper lenses, however. Hinges etc seem solid and they look suitably dickish with the red lenses.

Interesting: China carbon road frames with flip paint

Would be cool if it was unbranded but I wouldn't want a frame that says Elves and has a tribal drawing of a womb on the headtube even if it turned see rainbow when it got warm

Haha very true- they'll probably sell them without the logos if you ask nicely

The gabba's pretty decent. 100% requires a base layer underneath though, otherwise it's like wearing a rubberised tarpaulin. The arms, as per everything Spexcel, are also a bit too long.
(Edited to make more sense)

Searching for a chinacarbon raceday (or poseday) wheelset. Going mad with the amount of shops and sellers. Ideally i'd like something around 50mm deep, tubeless and wide-ish, cx-rays and bitex hubs. Any recommendations? How much did i expect to pay if it gets stuck in customs?

General consensus is Light Bicycle for quality if you're happy to spend a bit more or Farsports if you want something slightly cheaper.

V happy with my lightbicycle rims. Paid about £40 customs.
Have built one up and it was a really easy rim to work with. Just need time to do the rear wheel.

I've been impressed by my Gabba a like. Sleeves are slightly baggy ( or I'm just weedy) seems to do the trick in these cold mornings.

I did a bit of looking at the options and ultimately just got a build from stayer. Ended up about £100 more than the equivalent build after import etc but London made and London warranty.
