  • RWGPS and choose OSM cycle layer - dashed roads are cruel, brown dashed even more so :)

  • Unfortunatly my basic membership has expired

  • Any particular preference to where the cuts should be made?
    Your files are here
    https://1drv.ms/f/s!AuQoYFFpNeYUmhSJ52pQgEjuOrDM
They are gpx track files and the names are in order of the overall route.

  • Just what I wanted! Thanks a mil!

  • Throw the TCX file on your Garmin 200/5XX lean back and enjoy.

  • Completely fed up with my Garmin now. After the 9.0 upgrade last week it now only auto uploads one in two/three of my rides by wifi. It also refuses to pair with my phone via Bluetooth so using Garmin connect is a no go. The only option is to manually upload via usb.
Is anyone else having this issue? Garmin 1000.

  • I've never used wifi or bluetooth. USB ftw.

  • Have you tired wiping your garmin 1000 from garmin connect from your app and then re-sync up again?

  • Same thing keeps happening to me too. Refuses to pair with my phone unless I delete the saved pairing on my phone.

  • Has anyone got an 820? For the life of me I cannot work out how to create bike profiles like you could on the 510.

Also the 510 will be for sales soon

  • There are no bike profiles as such any more, just activity profiles (training, etc..). You can rename/create those for bikes though...

    #thanksgarmin

  • Yes, not my favourite Garmin evolution.

Why can't Garmin integrate with Strava and/or Garmin Connect so that when you upload your ride it attributes it to the correct bike?

    #notrocketscience

  • funny how faulty ride file can't be uploaded from Garmin device to Garmin Connect, when Training Peaks and Strava have no problems dealing with corrupt file. #fuckgarmin

  • Like the Wahoo Elemnt?

  • I've not discovered this feature on the wahoo. Does it exist?

  • First problem with my Elemnt. Yesterday I did a ride where we stopped twice and I powered down the unit to conserve battery.

The unit is showing the full ride; 114km. In the app I've just got the section of the ride up to the first stop. None of it has uploaded to Strava.

I've powered down, powered up, paired and unpaired, turned synch on and off etc but no joy so far.

  • If you have the time write to wahoo, they will reply within hours and take any problem very serious.

  • Yes, I'm gonna do that when I get home. I've heard good things about their support.

  • Garmin 510 now shows the incorrect time, also has multiples of all folders showing when I attach it to my computer. Any tips?

  • Pretty much every time I link my 510 to my phone via bluetooth I get a notification on the phone that there's a software update available for it and to plug it into a computer. I plug it into my laptop at home and start up Garmin Connect and there's no update available. WTF is up with Garmin?

  • Yeah, I'm getting the same with 810. I've had enough of Garmin's bullshit. Want to upgrade to this badboy, once it's out.

  • Wahoo Elemnt work brilliantly in the Pyrenees, the maps that build in show smaller dirt road which was very useful

8/10, a full 10 if I can turn it off without turning off the ride.

  • Yeah so wahoo told me not to turn it off. They replied within 12 hours.

As it was, easy to retrieve the .fit via USB (doh!) and the whole ride was there so I could plonk it into Strava.

    9/10 Wahoo. Would click again.
