If I'm cycling with my club wearing club kit then my actions will reflect as much on the group as it does on me as an individual.

Rocking up to manchester velodrome at the world track champs, slapping 5th floor stickers around the velodrome and then doing lame arse wheelies in a public space with very little regard to the kids who were running around at the time gives people a very definite opinion of your behaviours as a group.

Having one of your crew members giving it the big 'un to one of the coaches at a public event such as a Herne Hill induction where your actions have repurcussions on the safe riding of others will also reflect on you as a crew [and how did Fitzy do when he tried again after mouthing off to the coaches? one lap on rotations and he was off the back, on his arse pedalling squares which kind of proved the point that the coach was making]
