RESURRECTED
Although we agreed not to use LFGSS, just a quick update to those still on the edges of involvement...
Meeting last night went really well imho. Much more focused, more people inputting, etc.
Jobs allocated to me, Void, Hyper, Stu F, dubmaster, Davey C, mastershredder, Ste S, Stu F, EMM and also pistaboy tentatively. We decided what's missing, who else to get involved, how to raise funds and next meeting is Tuesday 29th, 7pm, Urban Coffee? Will informally chat at beers before then.
Stu's writing up the minutes in his own unique style and will mail round asap.** UPDATE**: has mailed already. Good lad! Homework is to come up with publication names and for next meeting to have an update on your progress, doesn't have to be in physical form yet just a feedback session. BOOM. -

Just sending round a revised version. Would be helpful if everyone else could add their bits too.

Just updated the temporary forum with MG's additions to the minutes. I think if we discuss it on that thread and then draw up the agenda for the next meeting based on that discussion it'd work out easiest.
Go register!

Meeting is this week - Tuesday 29th @ Urban 7pm.
I'll be there earlier and may have to bail earlier, but who the fuck cares as I troll the meetings anyway.
If you haven't already, do your homework...

Apologies, but I can't make tonight, I have my first Velohealth client. Wooooop
Deep tissue massage for a triathlete. Good times.
I am, as ever, keen to keep my hand in this, so keep me posted with outcomes.
I hope it's prosperous. -

Sorry I was really late/not really with it when I got there. The meeting seemed to go in a different direction although I just read the minutes back and it seemed you were all really productive. The bit about president made me laugh! Fin and I are setting up the bank account ASAP, I'm discussing costs with different printers today and I'm about to go into a funding meeting...wish me luck! Matt is also drawing up some designs and putting together colourways and Hash is getting on with interviews, I'm actually excited that some rad people in Birmingham are following through with this project.

Fucks sake. Just been given the ACE update. What a day to try get funding! I'm putting my gladrags on.
-
• #74
UPDATE: mac kept our funding with a small increase in years 2 and 3. whoop.
Was given sweet access to the funding database and charity commision pages. Now making intital contact with all those relevant trusts, charities and businesses. It's absolutely vital we get in quick as people who lost their funding will be looking elsewhere. Le sigh. Have also pencilled in meetings with relevant councillors for culture and sport. Double le sigh. Just have to finish £registration and we're off...
Who wants to help me start writing applications? Triple le sigh.
