Andy, Jonny, you au fait with the Kent route? Pulled my calf yesterday, woke up today, no change. 50/50 for Tuesday I'm afraid.

Given I got lost navigationally embarrassed in St Mary Cray on Friday I'm not sure I'm that ready to lead it.

It'll come back to me as we go around though, which could add to the fun.

My sonic sense is well briefed on the right turn. Not sure how the olfactory sense will do on the fir tree test though.

Hopefully Sam will be fit and ready to lead us out there come Tuesday though.

The 'flat' route isn't that flat...I've done bits of it and there are certainly some rolling-style bumps that are quiet fun on fixed... No big hills though.

I'm up for backstopping with a TNRC elder on the Roydon Ride.

I've been coughing like a pro, but hopefully will still make it.

I've got a bad cough, too, and will definitely be in a slow group. Coughers of the world unite!

I'll be riding out to the Kent ride so don't need a train allocation.
