    My father-in-law thought it was a game for idiots throughout his entire life until about 8 years ago. He popped into his local course to buy a golf umbrella for his other son-in-law, and decided to have a beer while he was there. Whilst watching several groups finish the final hole he thought to himself "I could do better than that", and hasn't looked back since, playing at least twice a week.

    There's 3 loops of nine holes at Prince's, Sandwich. Playing one loop in the morning, then the other two loops that make up the traditional 18 in the arvo.
