Sadly I'm out. Doing the RotFL route starting at 7pm in high winds is not so great for a 7.30am start the next day.
Ride safe kids.

my memories from last year are that we set off and sam led us at a steady pace all night. only a few quick stops with one 10 min job at the pub to fill water bottles. Wasn't too painful and we were back in HH for midnight i think. No mechanicals which will obviously be a blessing tomorrow with the numbers. This is proper old school TNRC where you arrive home knackered only to wake up a few hours later looking like shit at work.
Tiles I thought you were on the rock and roll? is there good news? -

C'mon Tim, it'll be alright. I'll be up at 6:15am meself.
In fact I was up at 5:30am today so I could beat the bike ban on the train. It's 7:15am, I've already had a shower, and still have an hour and 45 mins to go before I start work. Massive deja vu....

PS I've had a real sore neck for the past 4 days, so more than happy to just sit on and be backstop, as long as andyp or someone else rides on the front.
-
• #3994
let the bedwetting begin
-
• #3995
I'd rather be out on my bike with a pain in the neck than be at home with a pain in the arse.
-
• #3996
oof!
-
• #3997
I'm happy to lead, but will be joining you at Elmers End as I'm not going to be able to get to HH for 7 pm. I'll wait at the exit of the roundabout towards Eden Park/West Wickham.

Have a great one tonight, those that keep their sheets dry.
Does this mean a drawing to a close of the TNRC for this season?
