"Hello middleofnowhere's boss. Yes. That's right, he won't be in today. Mild case of the abdabs. In the stomach region. Hellishly messy. No, best not to talk about it. Floating. Green. Fatty. Oh, sorry, I wasn't supposed to talk about it. Terribly messy. Projectile. What's that? Yes, you must be very busy, are you ok? You sound a bit, eww, what was that? Ah, thought it sounded familiar. OK. Well, I think you should check in with your Doctor as well"
Okayed with boss so thank you Dr Dai-mow but your services will not be needed. Which is just as well cos that was making me feel genuinely ill.

Was just adding my name to the list as your post appeared. Reading rides and races section, I'm now finding myself strangely drawn towards mecca (aka the M25 circuit)

Er no, correction, like the shopkeeper!

looks like I'm out for the IOW, ridiculous demands from current contract. Think I'm going to ramp down after this one is complete.

How many bikes are allowed on the catamaran?
Any one know the numbers? It was mooted as a problem for travelling to the randonee but then there were hundreds of people expected to be travelling. On the other hand if they are like the train companies it could be a ridiculously low number.
