  • Go and buy some bananas.

  • what do you need smiff? i'm off to the shops in 10 mins

  • i forgot to take another shirt to work for tomorrow... and i have to change the tyre on my condor as it is skidded through... AND i need to get some sleep beforehand if i am going to survive the ride and survive a day in the office tomorrow... i should have taken the day off... but can't afford to take too much time off...

i could do it with no sleep beforehand, but then i am just going to suffer and feel like pooh for the rest of the week.

  • you got to look after no1 mate. of course we all want to see you out there but it sounds tough. what ever you decide it's all cool.

  • Play now, pay later.

  • This is easy advise to give from behind a desk and with nothing more taxing than a trip to the pub on the cards.

  • bring tyre to do on train.
sleep on the train both ways, we'll do the tyre!
can't help on the shirt front.

    sleep when your dead.

  • I can bring you a tyre tonight (gratis)

  • i could buy you a shirt

  • i have a tyre, it is time i don't have. can anyone give me some time???

  • Yep, it's 6 minutes to 5.

oh SHIT i'm out, won't explain why as its the usual dull reasons why i/people wet the bed. enjoy!!

  • quick work nancy! no worries.

  • any news? how was it??

it is a blessing in disguise i didn't come as i have had a dodgy stomach all evening/morning. would have been some interesting comfort breaks along the way!

  • It was awesome! 7 of us took to the lanes, lots of highs, I think most of us had a few lows too in the middle of the night, but something would always happen to lighten the mood.

Jonny, Tim and Skive were the only ones to head to the spa, Braker shot off soon after brekkie to head home, Ludwig and I followed not long after, leaving Des who was waiting for 11 o'clock so he could have a beer.

Just a couple of mechanicals (read: punctures), really smooth roads through what looked to be some beautiful villages. And the canal into Bath was very scenic. Took a few crap pics, will post later.

Thanks to Tim for sorting this out. Thanks to Jonny, Steve and Sam for direction when we needed it the most. Thanks to all for the laughs and good company.

  • My ride home from work at 10.30pm was awesome and then I thought of you lot and how awesome your ride was going to be. Good to hear it was awesome.
Also secretly pleased to hear I'm still in with a a shout of the IOWDTNRC.

  • ^ditto. Really looking forward to the IOW Rand' as near a full moon as poss. Blackgang in the dark will be amazing.

  • TNRCers, whyd on't some of you come on the Herne Bay ride in a couple of weekends?

It's gonna be one of my only decent rides in the foreseeable and you lot are (obviously) the best peeps to ride with.

Very jealous of Bath, it sounds lovely. Chapeau to you all.

Joe, keep the details to yourself, eh?

  • What did you all buy at the Spar anyway?
