Vintage Steel Dawes 25"
Part of my mega clear out
A vintage Dawes steel frame. The seat tube is 25” from centre to top and the top tube is 23” from centre to centre. Spaced at 120mm and 100mm will take either 700c or 27” pictured with 700c.
£65 and can be collect from Bromley by Bow near the big Tescos. I will be back in London early next week.

Whopping late 70's Joe Waugh tourer in leamington Spa:

Seller says 25" but it measurements shows 26 1/2" which looks about right. Note the shifter on the back of the seat tube probably for flicking on a dynamo.
Same era Steve Goff in Darlington. Also claiming to be 25" but this looks more like 23 1/2".
