Thursday night food rides

Eight of us had a great time hanging out, riding over to Chennai Dosa and ate ourselves stupid for £50.

Next week is Singh's again.

There's talk of taking this by train to London for a LMNH ride in the summer, probably on a CM night.

Friday works for me. All this train travel is adding up though!

I'm happy to do Food Rides on Mondays, Thursdays or Fridays.
None clash with practice for polo people, or my other stuff.
We can do whatever, it's all the same, maybe move it around a bit...

Friday works for me, but I doubt I'll make every week. Depends how skint I am at the time, what with travel and all.

I'll be at the meeting but not coming on food ride this week. fridays are good for me too but like Casasteve, doubt I'll make every week from now. possibly every other week or something.

I think we said fortnightly initially, it's potentially expensive to eat out every week.
Let's keep this week as it is and start mixing it up a bit after that... miss next week entirely as it's Beers on the Friday (Leb bakery anyone?) and then start again the week of 28/3 - 3/4?
Which incidentally is CM on the Friday so that complicates it again...

good point Void, if its on a friday theres a window of 2-3 fridays it could be and not clash with CM, 1st Friday, and Beers last friday of every month.

If its on a friday (as much as it breaks my heart not going to singhs more regularly), maybe it could be a more like beers-a monthly event, say 2nd Friday? Or more regular but later on a thursday to accomodate MG's new job?

Anyway for further discussion at food ride. Thought I'd put some ideas out there as I'm not attending this week.

Thursday 24th - I know it's Beers the following night but there's a party at my house and I don't want to be a part of it, might go for ride and food.
Thursday 31st - I'm not doing CM the next day as I have tickets for Kyuss.

Don't think I'll make this tonight. Money is tight this week, and I wanna make sure I make it to the Roller coaster ride on Sunday :)

I pondered whether moving to Brum would cost me less in train fairs for these weekly socials. Of course, then I'd have to be on the train to work every day... #facepalm

Working all over the place today so will be in the car. Hope to get to Urban for about 6.30 ish, if the food place is reasonably centralish then I will try and go as well.
