What they need to do at this point is to tuck in behind someone fat on an expensive bike to avoid the headwind.

Got tickets for the zico thing at boxhill if anyone wants them. You have a little area with a screen and overpriced food and drinks.

OK, awesome.
Who has the yellow shirt and a "HTFU Wiggo!" sign?
That made me chuckle. Tried to explain it to my mum, who I'm watching it with, got a quizzical look in return... Oh well. GWTP, mum.

According to Google Latitude, a couple of you have gone down to the Mall, one of you is on Kensington High St (does the race go that way?) and the rest of you are at home.
So few to no-one is going to actually watch it?
To be fair, I'm only at home precisely because I do want to watch it. And at the side of the road it would be "whoosh", and then I'd miss the rest. Couldn't imagine being able to get back fast enough to see the end.
Ah... pictures have just started on the BBC HD channel for it.
One of us is in LMNH

Andy, pop down here.
The BBC coverage is poor compared to what we are used to from the TdF and other races. No time splits. No information about who is in the break. I suppose we should just be thankful that Mark Lawrenson is not commentating.

Always a good idea to take a wolf dog out on a day like today without a lead. Some people should not be allowed to leave their house

It is a known fact that people over the age of 50 are flummoxed by the f word.

I'm always flummoxed by 'flummoxed', too, even though I'm under the age of 50.
I know, I really miss the Eurosport commentators.
